Casey's

I want to write a review on Casey's from Orange City. We went last week and our shoes were muddy and the guy that was working there was so disrespectful he asked us to clean up our mud and he actually offered the mop so we can mop because our shoes were supposedly so dirty. Obviously we didn't do it on purpose. He was just so disrespectful and told us that he was trying to keep the Casey's clean and that we couldn't go in with our muddy shoes. The service was horrible there. We decided just to leave since we were treated disrespectfully. We purposely didn't have our shoes muddy. We just walked in there, you know, we cleaned it as best as we could but due to the weather our shoes were going to get dirty. He was just so upset and disrespectful and I wanted to leave a review. Maybe corporate

I normally try and see the good side of a business but have stopped going to this location all together as well as several others I have talked too, It's rare to find anyone working the front counter that is friendly and most times you feel like you are bothering them. Next the restroom smelled of urine and was not clean, I felt as though this is an easy thing to make presentable with a little effort but this all comes down to decent employees. I feel like this store needs to do something to improve the conditions and atmosphere before it's too late.

Great pizza, not the best customer service. Plenty of variety for pizza on the warmer for single slices.

Pizza was so greasy it had soaked through the paper. Ask if they added some new pieces coming up and they said they had orders to go out first. Which was understandable. However, the guy at check out was an absolute - - -. He may have had a long day but so did I. So we filled with diesel else where and got something to eat when we filled up. His comments sat so wrong I have decided I will only use Casey’s if I absolutely have to.

Great service, its always kept clean! And there is fresh and hot food even throughout the afternoon (rare for most locations).
