Pizza Ranch

I visited Pizza Ranch and overall found it to be a decent family-style buffet experience. The unlimited pizza and their crispy fried chicken were definitely what stood out—both warm, filling, and satisfying—but I thought many of the pizzas were under-topped and somewhat bland. The salad bar and sides were serviceable, though not particularly fresh or exciting. It was edible and entertaining, especially for kids, but don’t expect gourmet pizza.

Good variety of pizzas here that you don't get at other buffets, like BLT and steak and onion, yum! Was impressed when we went for lunch and the cashier asked if there were any pizza flavor requests, which they then made and notified me when it hit the buffet! Cheesy sticks are fantastic, and the cactus bread (dessert pizza) is good too. Staff was quick to clear dirty plates. Took off a star because all of the sodas seemed low on carbonation and it's on the pricey side.

Went yesterday to enjoy the wings buffet. Usually go to the Peoria pizza ranch but because I’m closer to Morton I thought I’d give this one a shot. Went around 6 , we walked in , paid and were a bit taken back about how dirty the actual eating area was. I would say they were short staff but it was pretty quiet and 70 percent of the staff were in the back ( understandable ) , some were just chilling and one person was actually cleaning. The pizza was a bit older , no biggie , however the chicken was insanely distasteful and clearly had been out for a bit. Same with the wings. I understand making product push out before replenishing but the only thing there truly appetizing and fresh was the dessert ( kudos). This place used to be wonderful!! You were always greeted with a sweet smiling face, it was clean, and the food was edible. Went there yesterday it was almost $40 for lunch which is fine but we had an emergency and I asked them if I could have a box to put a few items in and they refused and I thought you know is nasty as this place is do I really even want to take any of it home and get sick off of it.... I don't know what you guys did to this place but I will never ever return... We got some burnt potato chips and two pieces of crusty pizza for $40

Rude, give you a number to place on the table, but never call the number, just put your pizza on the buffet and yell across the restaurant Pizza here, then your expected to drop everything and rush up before everyone else grabs it. Asking about it and was told Morton gives out numbers and does not bring it to the table, also they are not in the same city as Peoria and they do it differently. Why in the world did you give us a number to put on the table then? Besides that, the Chicken was burnt, desert table was empty the whole time we were there and the pizza table never really changed. I would say avoid this place and go to Peoria location where they bring your pizza to the table, have things fully sticked and the employees are nice to you.
