Pizza Ranch

I recently ate at Pizza Ranch. The atmosphere was great but I feel like they need to cook their chicken a little bit more then they did. I had a piece of chicken that was half raw inside. When we sat our table we had to ask for napkins because the napkin holder was empty.

I've never had an experience like this at any restaurant. My first time at Pizza Ranch and man everything is delicious here. Joe is so friendly and accommodating took his time explaining everything and even brought some dessert to my table because it was fresh and he said I had to try it. The service, salad, boasted(?) chicken, & the pizza. I wanted to sample everything and it was all top quality food. This is very different from any other buffet I've been too.

Good food, when you can get it. We went on a Saturday evening, and there were nearly forty people in the restaurant but only two slices of pizza (that had been there a while) on the buffet for nearly a half hour. Same story on the other main dish of fried chicken - every time they refilled, so many people were waiting that it emptied quickly. Wait staff was good though. Employees visited our table to clear used plates frequently, unfortunately food was so scarce on the buffet that we rarely had plates for them. Overall disappointing when the cost for 2 people (plus a tip) is nearly $40.

Went to Pizza Ranch st 4:30 on Saturday evening. Very few pieces of pizza to choose from and it had been out so long it was cold. There was no lettuce or salad mix on the salad bar. Had to ask them to bring the lettuce and mixed green salad out. There was an empty tray of Alfredo (labeled so I know what was supposed to be there), next to the chicken that was so overcooked that it disgraceful. Something has obviously changed. Have never had this experience at Pizza Ranch before. We were there a couple hours and nothing changed while we were there. Pay for your food, then they ask for a tip up front and maybe you will have an option for your meal. Bad Job Pizza Ranch.

We love this place! The food is fresh theres so many options and the kids LOVE IT. The only thing that upsets me is when I get out of work they at 3pm they only serve their salad bar for 2 or 3 hours for some reason. No pizza pasta bread sticks veggies or fried chicken. If I'm gonna pay the same amount for just the salad bar as I am the whole buffet then im not going. That's dumb.
