Pizza Pub

First time reviewer here, take it for what it is: food was pretty good, service was good with server- until we attempted to use a Pizza Pub gift card of $60 that we purchased from a different location back in August 2025 however this was the second location whom denied the gift card saying it was not valid at their location. We asked to speak to the manager since we were told it was denied even though the signage said Cambridge. The manager explained this was an old labeling so they wouldn't be able to accept, but he said they would make an exception however he then got very defensive when we attempted to explain the issue to him and said he could take back his exception. Nice pizza pub. Delicious hearty pizza with a lot of ingredients. Good garlic cheese bread too. Ate lunch there and there was a lunch rush, lots of take out and delivery. Nice atmosphere with bar area, eating area, and a large game room area. Decent- enough service considering the lunch rush. Varied menu, lots to please. Good place to bring kids. Reasonable prices and value.

I ordered a chicken wrap for delivery and they have been good in the past. Today I paid $25 for a wrap that didn't have sauce on it and very few pieces of chicken in it, and the lettuce was mostly the white thick portions and it was almost all brown. So disappointed that it seems as though the cook got rid of their bad lettuce by giving it to me. The whole thing was bad and it was obvious that zero effort or care was given

Ordered pizza from this location several times, and the quality has been ok. However, our last order was the worst. We ordered 2 medium pan pizzas for a 10pm carryout. The server quality checked before handing them over; so, I made the mistake of not checking myself. When we got home, we found that the pizzas were very overdone and extra crunchy. The cheese peeled off in a crispy sheet. It wasn't even edible for us. We did call and they refunded the order, which was nice. However, whoever answered the phone was definitely snarky. This location definitely isn't as good as others that we've been to.
