Culver’s

I had the fish sandwich finally. It was good but a bit messy because it got soft ready fast but the flavor was good. I will try it again but put some napkins in the box to absorb the moisture it naturally puts off in the box they provide.

It would be really great if the employees cared more about getting orders right than laying across the bagging counter chatting with the kitchen staff. Walked in around 8pm and a group of employees were gathered around the kitchen window. One turned around around to take our order while the others just chatted, one girl was laying across the counter getting her hair on everything. While waiting, another customer brought up his food which was made incorrectly and the employee behind the counter just laughed at the mistake shouting "ay yo who did this!" When our 3 mixers were brought out the employee didnt know which was which and 2 ended up being made wrong anyway. The last 3 times I've been this location my order was wrong.

Always friendly& excellent food. Love that we have a culvers in our town. Frequently without drink carriers for large to go orders.

Last 3 times they forgot something in my meal. The last 2 times, the coleslaw in big letter on the receipt they didn't include it in the 15.00 meal 3 piece fish meal... Check your bag to make sure you get your full meal. Likely something will.be missing. Even with a large check list for a receipt.

Cambridge Location- The staff was nice going through the drive thru, but lacked actually providing the order correctly together. Receipt said was correct, not sure how ordering a spicy Chicken sandwich with prezel bites turned into Butter Burger with a side of Cheese Curds. For $20 meal only thing that was right was the Sprite and the Mixer….
