Pizza My Heart

I had a great experience at Pizza My Heart in Mountain View, and I especially want to thank Daniela for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. When I placed my order and later had to make some changes, she went out of her way to assist me and even helped make sure I could still keep the best discount available. It’s rare to see someone put in that much effort to help a customer, and Daniela did it with a great attitude the entire time. Her friendliness and dedication really made the experience better. Fantastic thin crust pizza. Had the vegetarian pizza and the mushroom cheese. Tasty and fresh. I want to add the slices are huge! Thank you to the supervisor Chase and staff for great service.

I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza, and wow — it was absolutely delicious! 🍕💚 I’m so happy that Pizza My Heart offers vegan options. The crust was perfect, the toppings were full of flavor, and it totally hit the spot. Can’t wait to go back for another slice!

The staff was nice. The atmosphere was okay. The pizza was complete garbage. Flat, crunchy pepperoni and the taste was awful.

Excellent service. Staff was truly cheery and kind, starting from when I called the order in all the way through picking it up inside the restaurant. Food was delicious and the people were superb. Even the customers filling the booths or standing waiting for their orders seemed extra cheery and I think it’s because the employees positive attitudes were infectious.
