not cooked terrible customer service chance the manager did not see to me getting a new DONE pizza instead he offered 5$ off my next order ver dissatisfied with the food and service the pizza was under cooked and the cheese wouldn’t melt even after i put it in the oven in my own home. Chef needs a bit of work especially if the “manager” is aware that customers already complain about pizza being over done. If I could give 0 stars I would Ps. I was willing to drive and exchange pizzas but the manager didn’t want to consider that either.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery experience. As a frequent patron of Pizza My Dear during my visits to Las Vegas, I have generally been satisfied with your service; however, this recent interaction fell significantly short of expectations. We placed a standard delivery order via telephone, providing our address and specific delivery instructions, which were repeated back to us for verification. Subsequently, the delivery driver contacted us to inform us the order had been left in the lobby. Upon checking our location's lobby, the order was not present. A follow-up call with the driver provided further instructions on the location of the delivery, but our search remained unsuccessful. Food is great but will up charge you on lunch specials if you are not paying attention.

My niece had been asking for the cheesy garlic bread breadsticks. I was actually able to order some on the way home from work. They are simply the best. Make sure you order them with ranch and a side of marinara

This is a definite must try! I been going for over 10 years. Everything is really good. One of my favorite pizza spots in town. The cheesy garlic bread is fire too! Oh yeah, I forgot about the salads...SUPER BIG AND HECK GOOD. Go check them out.
