Pizza Hut

Ever since e I was a kid… now in my 40’s… this has always been my favorite Pizza Hut. They never mess up. Always correct, hot and fresh orders! The food I got tonight was just so fantastic! Thank you! Never change!

Ordered for delivery. Supposed to be delivered at 7:45 pm, gave them a half hour leeway and finally called and our pizza was sitting at the restaurant in thermal bags, no delivery drivers. I asked for a refund but have a feeling I will get neither the pizza nor the refund. The person on the phone had no idea what was going on. Last time we ordered we waited 20 minutes outside the restaurant for a carry out and the pizza was ice cold.

Food was what you would expect! Service... well the service may as well not exist! The phone rang the entire time we were here. Stood at the front counter for a minimum of 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. They only had plastic forks and we had to ask for plates when we sat at a booth to eat there. It was a sad experience and from now on if I want pizza I will order it online, cause going in here was not a good experience!

I confess it's been a while since I have been to my local Pizza Hut. This time around, I had to order at the cashier desk when I came in. And pay for it before I sat down. I received my food. I was never checked on. Other people came in while I was eating. They shouted, "Hello, are you still open!" Then they left. I finished eating and needed a box. I went to the cashier's desk and shouted,"Hello," several times. I went into the kitchen and shouted also. No one. I headed back into the dining room as an employee came in the back door. I asked for a box. He gave me a box. And the food? Definitely had better from Pizza Hut. The crust tasted like cardboard. They didn't allow pan pizzas in a small. No customer service. Very disappointed.

Done with this place. 4th time in a row our carryout order has been wrong, and don't bother calling. They don't care. Last time , I was promised a credit and didn't get it. I've been a customer here since the '80's, but no more. 4 strikes you are definitely OUT. And they were not busy. No cars in the parking lot and none at the carryout window. Now I see why. Do you see green pepper on this pizza ?? And about 4 pieces of onion. Only rated it a 1 because 0 wasn't an option.
