Pizza Hut

Went to try the buffet for 1st time since covid today. We were there for about 45 minutes. We had to ask for salad as they n9 longer have it on the buffet. I have Alpha Gal and asked for a chicken pizza to be made for the buffet. Was told no problem. We never got our salads. I had to walk up 2 times for refills. The chicken pizza? Never saw it. In the end we didn't get our food and I was charged for 1 full buffet with 2 drinks. $16.00 and left still hungry. The young woman working was by herself and trying to train someone. I don't blame her, I blame miss poor management. Had they said oh we are so sorry and not charged me, I might be tempted to try it again some day. Now? No way am I going to go back to have to pay for a meal we really didn't get.

I gave it the reading I did for a few different reasons, they had one lady working the entire store their lunch buffet we're sitting out for a while as my wife and I ate we realized this doesn't taste like pizza head anymore when I was a kid Pizza Hut was fun they have changed the entire atmosphere now it's all sterile for pizza is one step above Little Caesars now I asked myself what happened to Pizza Hut it's not the same anymore guys. The pizza basically tasted like a frozen pizza I could have bought at Walmart I blame it corporate for trying to cut cost making cheap food and expecting better results than the past when they used to be super good.

My carry out order was ready when I arrived to the store, the staff were friendly, and my pizzas were made perfectly. I did check my order and was missing one extra marinara sauce so I did have to go back through the drive thru but the young lady at the window was super friendly and apologetic and gave me a couple extra marinara for the inconvenience. Overall had an excellent experience and it was the best tasting pizza my family and I have had in a long time. We chose the Vinita location over Claremore because of the reviews and we definitely made the right decision. We will definitely be back!

The fries were cold and when I mentioned it the waitress acted offended. We ordered salads and the lettuce and tomatoes were nasty menu said they came with lots of veggies that was a lie and they should never had been served. It took way too long to get our food and the place was empty The kids pizza was good. We won’t being visiting this Pizza Hut again. Spent way too much money for the service and food! got there at 2:40 and left at 4:30 ridiculous.

The waitress put us right next the only ppl in the restaurant. . Put the hot bread sticks and plates infront of the children instead of in front of parents . We are at two tables. A table of 8 with 6 children ranging from 2 -11. Didnt ask if we needed or wanted a booster or high chair. When bringing the appetizers out they didnt ask for refills. We werent asked until after we got our pizzas. And it took til we were almost finished with our meal for the server to ask if we were doing ok. After paying they didnt give an itemized receipt. Honestly worst pizza hut experience. We got 2 pizza cheese being one, 2 bread sticks and 8 drinks and it cost $70
