Pizza Hut

Received the hut box with boneless wings and fries. I received 4 boneless wings and the fries. Really Pizza Hut. Pay all that money for that little bit of food. Yall suck real bad for this.

The delivery was shown to be delivered betwern 6:27;and 6:37 but didnt arrive until 30 minutes later. The food was fine but compared to the other pizza places in the area it was priced higher. It wasnt that much better. Also when we called about it being late was just told they had no drivers . No apology or compensation offered.

My husband order pizza from Pizza Hut in Swansboro nc and they are crappy he order a supreme pizza with cheese crust and he got this shit right here and when he called the manager said there was nothing he could do about the order since we have it at the house. Even after he said he couldn’t eat what was put on the pizza. He couldn’t even get a refund shaking my head

We placed a mobile order tonight and ate our pizza in the restaurant. They had a lot of orders tonight with the holiday, but we did not wait very long at all for our pizza. A man came in to pick up his order while we were sat down and caused a scene over waiting 5 minutes to pick up his food. He yelled at the staff and demanded a refund when his order was just finished being put together. Jenna was the manager on duty, she handled the interaction well and was extremely calm. This pizza hut only has 3 people at a time working usually from what I can tell, and their food is ALWAYS consistent and out in a timely manner. The staff is always kind and you enjoy your meal. Every time I order online this particular Pizza Hut always has an excuse why my food is NEVER delivered on time. One time, I had to go pick it up myself. Last time, they said I did not pay for it. This time, "we have not enough delivery drivers" but yet the online tracker keeps saying the original eta for delivery. Just absolutely ridiculous. I do not understand why when ordering online it is always something.
