Pizza Hut

Customer service was fine. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was surprisingly GOOD. The pizza was AWFUL. Not exaggerating, it's some of the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. It has a weird, nasty, cardboard-ish taste to it, sorry that's the best way I can articulate it. It was bad. I used to love Pizza hut back in the day. Yes, the old style, classic, greasy Pizza Hut from the 80s/90s. I'm not sure if that horrible taste was from the crust, the cheese, sauce, etc. I couldn't tell. I think they should narrow it down and throw whatever that ingredient is away, if that's possible. Make the pizza more like the old days. The pizza Hut that people remember. I hope they improve things, it would be sad to see another Pizza Hut disappear. They have a good opportunity right now

When I say hands down this is one of the best pizza 🍕 huts I’ve had in years I ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 2 pepperoni 🍕 and sausage it was golden and delicious I also ordered sweet chilli wings omg cooked to perfection not over cooked but perfect 👌 the customer service all I can say is wow they were sooo polite and attentive !!! Thank you guys 😊

did not get all the items requested on the pizza but paid the same price… no Italian sausage… would love to see it cooked at higher temp for crustier tavern style

Visit pizza hut,dine in,often young man named Tyler works there,very professional, polite,informative of menu,all the above. This young man should be the manager,give him an opportunity, his customer service skills ,top notch,current manager could use a few customer service, classes,and training, how to treat staff

Kayleigh, Mgr of the Sunbury location would not reveal "SPECIAL PRICES" for a carryout order and overcharged me for a large cheese stuff crust pizza. When I questioned her about it, she told me it wasn't her job to reveal special pricing on pizzas unless I specifically asked for it, which I did, but she gave me the price for an item, which I did not order. She was very rude and argumentative. Then they proceeded to make my order, instead of taking the normal 15-20 minutes, they stretched it out to forty, without an apology.
