Pizza Hut in Springfield, TN never disappoints. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides great customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their stuffed crust pizza is hands down the best in town—perfectly cheesy and cooked just right every time. This is my go-to spot in Springfield whenever I’m craving pizza to go. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered 1 Big New Yorker Pepperoni Pizza and 2 Oven Baked Italian Meats. I wanted it delivered, but was told they didn't have any delivery drivers. When I arrived to pick up my order the manager would not give me my military discount because I didn't include it in my order. She was very rude and refused to give me any discount. I asked her name. She said, her name was Kim. I left without my order. I spent a Paramount of money with Pizza Hut on a weekly basis. I will not give Pizza Hut any more of my business until this is rectified.

It's Saturday May 3, 2:56 pm. I just received my order which is NOT what I thought I was ordering. I didn't want a pesto thin crust in squares. I called the store and clearly explained the situation to Tiffany who was not helpful at all, spoke over me, had me in hold and then tried to get more money out of me while calling me a liar, I can't believe that this company has stopped so low. She clearly has no idea how to handle customer complaints or disapproval and refused to do anything to make this right. I would love to speak with corporate. The picture of the pizza I ordered is NOT the pizza I wasted my money on and received. If you look at the pictures, you will see the pizza they advertised is not what I got! I want my money back.

As soon as we walked in, we smelled bar rot. In the place doesn’t sell alcohol. It smelled moldy. It was gross so we decided to pick up our food and take it home. While reading the menu, I was unable to stand the stench. So we just went elsewhere for food. I will never be back.

1. Pizza used to be good. Last few times, it was no better than Little Caesars. 2. Chicken wings have very little sauce. You ask for more sauce, they want to charge you. We've order from here for a while, but now we've decided to not eat here anymore. We'll be giving our business to Domino's and Papa John's.
