Pizza Hut

My pizza was hot and ready once I got there in 10 mins. The service was great and the pizza was good. I would’ve liked the crust to have been a little softer but not bad.

The pizza was outstanding...We had a wonderful experience with this location. After getting home my son made rhe comment that was probably the best tasting Pizza Hut we have ever had and he was right. Definitely will visit this location again!!

Tonight I came in to get two pizzas I ordered over the phone. The gir up front was new but very friendly, unfortunately my pizza was thrown together since they were busy. She immediately got my pizzas remade. While waiting I noticed a cloned lady go talk to the other woman making the pizzas and asked what happened. She immediately came and talked to me and then offered me a credit for my next experience for the wait. Listening to here talking to the staff made me so Happy. They were discussing a potluck for Christmas Eve, encouraged the telling them the were doing a great job. It's nice to be in a fast food place and see people enjoying their jobs. I will always return to this Pizza Hut and wanted to give recognition for a great work environment.

Hailey was awesome, this was only the second time I've come into this location even though I live in Salem and it's the closest to me. I usually drive the extra few miles to the other location on 419, however my visit tonight was truly exceptional. Hailey was kind, courteous, and friendly I hope Pizza Hut values that service as much as I do! Give Hailey a raise!

First time ever ordering from this store. The pizza was fresh and delicious but my special instructions were completely ignored! Did not change the flavor profile that did leave me wondering if anyone even paid attention. The girl that helped me at the counter was pretty awesome. Based on this experience will try again.
