I ordered delivery, waited for an hour, and it never arrived. They never even bothered to call us and let us know they doesn’t have driver delivery. Then I told them I would personally pick up the pizza and pasta I ordered, but that I didn’t want my food cold. They gave me reheated pizzas and pasta as if we wouldn’t notice. The pizza was all hard and stale.
Always fast, hot and my order is always correct! love all the staff always positive and eager to help!
Worst Pizza Hut food/ experience ever. Ordered delivery on app at 8:34pm. Delivered at 10:15pm. Food was cold. Pizza had no sauce, hardly any cheese and was undercooked. Couldn't even eat it. UPDATE 9/30/25: THE MANAGER DID CALL ME AND I WAS TOLD YHAT I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT IT'S BEEN A MONTH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
The guy with a nose ring and long hair was really nice . And made a good pizza
Yum! My order was freshly made to perfection and the staff was very nice. Love this location.
