Pizza Hut

We have ordered a few times and I love the pan pizzas but they always seem undercooked. Last night we received 3 big New Yorkers and it looked like when they were placed in the box they were shoved and the pizzas were ruined. I did call and they offered new pizzas or a credit so I took the credit - but I’m not sure if I am ordering again. These pizzas seemed undercooked as well.

Whole order was trash. The sent wrong flavor on wings and out of 4 pizzas only one was edible. 1 of the pizzas was made with wrong toppings. 2 they claimed we're supposed to be the way they came but look at the pictures and tell me that's what it should be like. Called store no help just Told that's how it's supposed to look. 2 were just dough in boxes were the topping was running out the box 1 was folded in the cover in a balled up mess. After looking at other reviews realized it happens alot here. Called customer service and got them to investigate the location and order. The local store tried to blame doordash but door dash didn't make the pizzas. So never again pizza hut.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with perfectly melted cheese and a delicious crust. My order was accurate, ready on time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well organized, making the whole experience even better. Consistently good food and service—Pizza Hut never disappoints. I’ll definitely be back! 🍕😊

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years but my actual favorite pizza is the STUFFED CRUST pizza, I am SO HAPPY that when I placed my order it was done in less than 15m and my pizza tasted incredible. I’m so glad the dough was soft and the cheese was delicious. The cashier girl was so kind and patient, and the place was very clean.

I did an online ordering for takeout pizza and garlic bread. I also did the option to pay for my order at the store. My order was ready on time and paying was very easy with the tap option. The employee at the register greeted me with a friendly smile and was very professional. This is my second time ordering from this new location. It’s very convenient living in the Beacon Lakes community.
