Pizza Hut

Paid $25 for “food” from Pizza Hut and this is what showed up (see photo). They literally put sauce on ONE wing and called it a day. The rest were bone dry and stuck in the box. When I called, the guy actually said he doesn’t give a shit if I leave a review or call corporate. Their “solution”? A $2 refund. For a $25 meal that looks like this. Absolutely pathetic customer service and zero accountability. If this is what Pizza Hut considers acceptable, I’ll happily take my business anywhere else.

3$ personal pan pizza day.... to keep wait times down they must be pre cooking them! What a dries out crap pizza we got! w for the kids and they wouldn't eat it. So I tried it! Sad they have finally run it into the ground!

the onlybreason they got 1 star is because 0 is not an option ordered before 9:00pm online the app said they were preparing it and it would be delivered at 9:15 waited until 9:30 to call the store was put on hold for 15 minutes and told to call back in the morning. please do not give them your money we will see they give us a refund tomorrow I guess.

Ordered a large pizza and requested extra spicy sauce with regular cheese but I hardly had any sauce on my pizza to begin with

They lied to me. I used a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon on their app and it worked just fine. When it works on the app, that means everything is ok on their end as well. They tried to lie to me and tell me I still had to pay regular price because the coupon was not working for them, although it clearly was accepted on the app. Do not support locations that lie.
