Pizza Hut

My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday evening as walk-ins to order at the counter and sit in the dining room to eat. My employer pays me cash and I did not know advance ordering and paying was required. My order totaled 11.43 and I gave $15.00 consisting of 3 fives. Cashier asked for $0.43 more, so I gave him the coin. I then had to explain he owed me $4. I was told problem was more people were walking in the door so I was instructed to go sit down and they will bring out my $4 change to me at the table. I waited to assist my friend with his order. He ordered totaling $9.31 and paid $20.51 as we didn't have the dimes and nickles. He was shorted $1.00 change. After a long wait at the table, my friend went up for our pizzas. Amazing experience all the way around pizza is fresh hot and ready. The staff was super helpful all on Christmas Eve all of the credit card machines in the area. We’re running very slow overflow traffic for the holiday.. There’s some reason my card kept coming back to Declined and then got flagged. I was gonna come back, but the manager was nice enough to give it to me. The pizza is so good. I just had to stop back in that night. They were very busy but very helpful quickly helping everyone with their pick up orders. That’s safe. Staff is very helpful. I’m super nice quick and attentive..

Went in and placed an order. Waited 45 minutes, they can't find my order. And can't refund my money .Took my name and number and said manager will call me the next day. Absolute chaos with snotty children working there that have no clue what's going on ,nor do they care! So I paid $38 for a large pizza,breadsticks and 2 sodas and have zero to show for it. Will definitely be contacting corporate!

Ordered from this Pizza Hut as a change from our usual local shop and the Domino's down the road. Ordered "The Big New Yorker" special. Well, first off, it isn't that big - the size of a normal pie from any ma & pop shop. Supposed to be cut into 6 big slices - nope. Guess the school system failed whomever cut it into 8 regular slices. But the big problem was the crust was horrible. Like a bad frozen pizza - a bit cardboard like. And I ordered extra cheese, but it didn't seem to have any extra cheese. The toppings didn't have the full coverage indicated in the pictures. The order was for delivery, and the delivery was actually good - the lone real redeeming value in the experience. Of course, that was a separate service.

NOT a dine in facility. Even when you request, something (Well done with extra sauce) added to the order and noted on the receipt they still failed to come through. Pizza maker seemed to have more interest in her phone than getting the customer order correct. Our Pan pizza was extremely bland, to say the least and the cheese had a peculiar and “different” taste? Not worth the $22.00 for this. Don’t waste your time and money on this wanna be pizza place. Seems to be like so many other places, failing miserably and getting worse as time goes on as opposed to trying to improve.
