Pizza Hut

This has got to be the most simplest delicious flatbread 2025 by Pizza Hut! The Ultimate...full flavored, crispy crust, balanced ingredients, and ultimate satisfying lunch!! CONGRATS to the menu engineers, chefs and marketing team! Please Please make this a standard menu item!

After I called in my order of 5 pizzas, on 08/16/2025, I made my way out to my car to go pick them up at the drive thru window. This was just 9 days after undergoing back surgery to have 5 discs fused together. I stopped by the convenient store to pick up a few drinks. As I got back in my car, my phone rang. It was the manager at Pizza Hut informing me that they were out of the type crust I had ordered. I should have just canceled the order right then, but I didn’t. I agreed to a different kind of crust, waited about 12 minutes, like the manager had suggested, so the pizzas would be ready when I arrived. Omg the Manager Kam is very sweet and attentive, Let me not forget his patience with his customers Ms.Shan excels in great customer. She came right in and got me squared away. For me they get a 10/10. They are what Pizza Hut needs..

Today I went in and was provided the best customer service. When I walked in noone was at the counter but within a minute a young lady by the name "Samaria" clocked in and before she even put her stuff down she asked how could she help me and got my order. She was the true definition of a great worker.

I ordered a big dinner box had 2 pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks i have 3 kids and they snarled there nose up at the pasta and 1 of the pizzas. The cheese sticks tasted fine but they were thrown into the box and flipped so they were sticking to themselves, the pasta wasn't cooked through to the inside cheese wasn't even melted and it was cold, and the 2nd pizza they threw the sauce all in the center of the pizza and never pushed any sauce around the edges. And like I said I have 3 kids and they only ate the pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely awful.
