The pizza was well made and the order was correct. No problems. I only put a 3 for atmosphere, because it's just a take out Pizza Hut, so there's no atmosphere required.
The food is great 90% of the time, biggest problem I've had was wait time. Sometimes its ready and waiting for you perfectly on time.... others you might be waiting the whole cook time after your original pick up time. The staff has always been really nice and the food had been fresh.
Today at the Mount Vernon, Mo location I met the most beautiful soul at this pizza hut in Mount Vernon. She was nice and courteous. She was working alone so I could tell she was overloaded with duties but she still handled everything with poise and professionalism. The Crafted flatbread was off the charts. The Cinnabon were mouth melting and the breads ticks were scrumptious. The presentation of every order was perfect. Thankyou Cindy.
2nd time I got dry ass pizza make it make sense. Lucky I cant give them half a star. Plz get better 🙏
Order was ready at time selected. Food was great and customized as requested. Customer service is excellent. Made a great meal for the super bowl Sunday.
