Pizza Hut

Place is rough and probably on its last legs. Left my house when it said my food was ready. Got there and waited another 20 minutes until it was actually ready. Got a very lackluster pizza. This was supposed to be one of their special pizzas lol.

Great place to eat with the family. We ordered a pepperoni Big New Yorker pizza, 16" and it was damaged, they made it right on their own by making us a new one to take home as well as the damaged one for the price of 1 pizza. Excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍 🙏

Ordered one large at 5:46pm for carry out. Got confirmation that the order was done at 6:03 (was supposed to be 6:01…great, close enough). Finally got it at 6:39, after staff said it was “still in the oven.” Pizza was overcooked. It was as dry as saltine crackers, and the crust crumbled just like a saltine cracker. Saturday night or not….don’t over promise and under deliver. I would have been satisfied had I been told order would be 30-40 minutes, as long as pizza was fresh. Would have gladly accepted some free breadsticks, for the inconvenience, but nothing was even offered.

Ordered over the phone got the call center (huge language barrier)and ordered the big box. They gave me cheese sticks instead of bread sticks I ordered mild wings and didn't get them at all. This was a delivery but ended up being door dash. we called and they said they couldn't do anything because they were closing so they made a ticket for the manager the next day who turns out wasn't in the store and won't be for a few days so they still couldn't do anything. I ordered and paid for a meal that I still have not gotten. Not happy I paid ridiculous prices for food and service I never got.

Place says it’s open till midnight, went in at 8pm ordered a large pizza a personal pizza and 2 salad bars after getting our salad we waited 15 minutes for them to get us silverware, then were asked if we got enough salad because they were shutting it down mind you we just got a small plate. We asked for no cheese on the personal pizza due to one of the kids being lactose small pizza comes out 20 min after the large and it has cheese on it . They said they would remake it , we didn’t get the pizza till we were leaving and it was burnt to crap the lady said she was sorry the guys shut the oven off on it and she didn’t know
