La Junta Swimming Pool

Cousins loved it! Super friendly life guards! Most definitely a safe area for children to just have fun!

We stopped by the pool today for a visit and had a great experience. The pool was exceptionally clean, the lifeguards were very attentive, and it wasn’t overly crowded. Our kids loved it and all the families around us also seemed to be having a great time.

Rude lifeguards, Rude kids, and if could give this place a 0 stars I would! Me and the kids went there today and a life guard would not let my kids go down the slide! And last time a male life guard got up in my daughter's face and said "NO RUNNING!!" When she was not even running. How absurd!

Nice community pool with 2 slides, a diving board, and baby pool with mushroom fountain.

My kids love going to the pool. It really ticks me off that we pay for our kids to swim from 1 to 4:30 and they always close before the time advertised. So with break times they don't get to swim long. This needs to be fixed. I'm sure I'm not the only parent who has complained about it. My kids have waited outside for 30 minutes because they closed early and had no phone to call anyone!
