Pizza Hut

Pizza showed up and looked like it was dropped or shaken really hard. Female that answered phone just wanted to send two new pizzas. She had no regard for my wasted time and energy. I will never eat here again. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this location in Harlem GA thinking first time was an accident. Twice is a trend. I understand there are bot a lot of low cost options in Hatlem area but it is too expensive to order out to get bad food and service.

Had hair baked in my food and was told I don't know what to do by the manager. I don't see your order is what he said. 3 minutes after it was delivered, clearly, hair nets are not being used at this location

On 12/12/2020 around 6pm we experienced the absolute worst customer service. Did contactless carryout and my food sat for 40 minutes before we could get it. DUDE IS A JOKE New review from 3/22/2025: Order pizza for delivery. Pizza arrives and smells of weed and the pizzas looks like it was dropped! Absolutely not what we expected out of Harlem.

Love love love the PAN PIZZA !! FRIENDLY SERVICE EVEN WHEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING!! Consistency with the pizzas are a little irregular.

I have stopped and tried this location several times. They just cannot seem to get the same quality of pizza as other franchise locations of Pizza Hut. I got a large pizza from this location the other day, and about a third of the dough was under cooked. The employees are very professional and courteous, but the quality of the food needs lots of work.
