Pizza Hut

I personally don't really like pizza, but my little boy loves it, so I get it on a semi-regular basis for him. First off, I prefer to pick the pizza myself, because why would I pay for delivery when I can do it myself. First off, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they don't ever ask for a tip, like pretty much every other business does nowadays (maybe because the owner actually pays them a living wage?) Anyway, while I don't personally think pizza is particularly good, my son loves it, and that alone earbs it five stars for me.

Ordered delivery for 5pm. Order at 339pm. 5pm rolls around...no delivery. I called and was basically told "our driver is busy so youre gonna have to wait". No apologies. I asked to speak with a manager. Was told shes too busy to talk to you. I was like um what...then he told me well I can give you credit for your order. Not even a refund. Absolute trash customer service. And we still didn't get our order.

My and my mom stopped in expecting a sit down restaurant. It was just a little small building. Not a big deal. The problem was our food. My mother ordered a medium pizza pepperoni Xtra cheese and Xtra mushroom. The pizza has little mushroom on it and normal amount of cheese. My mom is pissed she paid extra and not only didn't get it but they skimped on the mushroom as there is normally more mushroom. I ordered a buffalo chicken melt no onion . They forgot the buffalo sauce completely. Including the buffalo dip on the side. We also ordered cinnamon buns that don't seem to be cooked all the way through and kinda taste chemically. Very disappointed.

Grandview Pizza Hut had the rudest manager I called cause I found hair cooked in my pizza called and she kept hanging up on me then she told me it was fine I said what about my pizza she said that’s fine I said fine for who you or me ? I asked what about my pizza ? She said she would talk to her supervisor about the situation then hung up on me again must of calle 6-7 times and she continued to hang up on me

I ordered my food I got a message saying it was delivered they never showed up so I called the guy was rude on the phone saying he came and knocked on my door waited for awhile.he never pulled in my driveway.He said he could talk to his manager and see if they want him to deliver it but it would be after some other orders.i ended up not getting any of the things I was gonna buy. Extremely disappointed I like the food here just this experience sucked.
