I am marking service 2 not because of attitude or professionalism but the lack of compensation. When I arrived to pick up my 2 large pizzas and wings, I was informed it was just given to the car in front of us. They offered to reach out to the family for them to return it, we refused that option, then had to wait 20 to 25 minutes to remake our order. We were offered a cookie for our trouble. The young, polite manager said she was not permitted to do more. I called the head manager the next day to get the same story. I was told it can be referred upward. What ever happened to customer service.

Got bacterial food poisoning from this establishment about 8 hours after eating here and was unable to eat for 2 days. Incurred hospital and doctor costs, as I was in writhing pain and very sick. Pizza Hut was informed of this issue and I got excuses, rather than a formal apology or an offer to refund my food. This will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut again in my life, and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.

Foods great and service is great no problems there. The price is insane period. Deal 2 melts 7.99 each ok great 12 wings idk how much but they are charging for wings but they aught to cure cancer for the price by the time I got 2 melts a dozen wings a 2 lt and tipped the driver it was 50 dollars I could have gone out to eat at a restaurant for the same price and had way better food. I'm not knocking just this pizza hut but prices are getting out of hand

Well, every time I order I get two pizzas and one always seems to be wrong. Once we ordered bacon and got ham.another time one of our pizzas was badly burnt. The third time we ordered extra sauce and it barely had any sauce at all and was extremely dry. I love pizza hut when my order is right.. but after 3 times I will no longer order from pizza hut.
