Pizza Hut

I absolutely love this Pizza Hut! The customer service is amazing — everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The food is always fresh, hot, and so good. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. The new place looks great too! It’s clean, nice, and has such a good atmosphere. You can really see the effort they put into making it a good experience for everyone. We will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

We got pizza on Sunday night after a big snow storm. Kind of expected it to be so busy but the team they're really got out the pizzas as quick as possible. Unfortunately because so many people have the same idea a lot of pizza came a little undercooked. Which happens when the stoves are being used so much. I contacted the store to let them know and they brought me out another pizza. Unfortunately that one was overcooked. I contacted the general manager of the very next day and let them know about the problem. Not to get our money back but just to give him a heads up. This manager was so nice so polite and so very helpful that she gave us full credit and apologized. No apology needed you guys were extremely busy and did the best you could. We went here for the lunch buffet and the customer service was horrible. Very disrespectful and there was an elderly couple in front of us getting yelled at for not knowing what to drink. This is ridiculous and I will not be going back there anytime soon. We didn’t even eat there because we were very rushed when asking what to get to drink with rude attitude. Keep in mind there was nobody in here but my family of 3 and an elderly couple so we just felt uncomfortable and left from the disrespect we encountered.

I will never order here again place is nice and new but they really need to change the staff or retrain their staff because they suck 45 minutes to an hour for one Pizza an 16 traditional wings on a slow last night. Do better pizza hut!

We always order from this Pizza Hut and never had an issue. Unfortunately, tonight when picking up our pizza we arrived home to find our pizza looked like this! It’s tasted yummy but disappointed it had a hole in a slice. Our other pizza we ordered was fine thankfully.
