Brandy was sooooop awesome .. she was respectful she was kind she went above and beyond

Customer service sucks here. I understand workers deserve to take a break, but if you are going to take a break during busy store hours, at least post a return time so people have an expectation of time of service. If Pizza Hut is serious about their business, they should address this customer service issue.

We do delivery only. The food never disappoints, but the drivers never pay attention to the instructions in the app. We ask them to leave the food at our door, and they always stand there until we answer. That will always be my only complaint. Everything else is good.

Sunday May 28, 2023: 8:05 pm, first attempt to place an order. Left on hold for a couple of minutes then call dropped. 8:08 pm, second attempt, gilt on the phone claims was waiting for the system to come up, waited a couple of minutes then got hung up on. 8:11 pm, last attempt, girl on the phone told me that there was no stuff-crust, not pan pizza in fact “they were out of everything “ I won’t be dealing with this location every again 😠

Was awesome, fast, friendly, and got to our house a lot faster than I expected!
