Pizza Hut

Went to give pizza hut another try because it had been awhile, this was my pizza. The pizza looks like someone's rejected pizza that they didn't want. Multiple slices are falling apart and taste stale. Not coming back no wonder their reviews are tanking. Update: food made my whole family sick, DO NOT EAT HERE.

I have tried this Pizza Hut twice this year. Both time we're poor service. Order was ready for pick up before 7pm. Arrived 5 minutes after. Sat in the restaurant for 40 minutes waiting on someone to hand me my order and for me to pay. Cashier took my name left to look for it, came back and didn't say anything to me. 20 minutes later, another person started yelling out names. I asked if there was one for me. He looked and went back to the kitchen, after awhile he came back with my order. Someone stuck it in a delivery bag. He handed check to Cashier. Took Cashier another 15 minutes to take my money while I'm holding my order as it is getting cold. In short, avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost. We eat here often because it is super close to our house. They have great employees that always help you if needed. Our online order messed up one time and they made it right plus some! Always fast, friendly service. I highly recommend this location.

Was less than satisfied with the way I was treated as a frequent customer by management. Ordered pizza and it was dry, nearly burnt and terrible. Asked them to fix it and was ultimately treated terribly by the manager. Their “attempt” at fixing the situation was a poor excuse of professionalism.

Tonight I ordered from doordash but I was missing my wings when received my order. I called to talk to someone from the store but when I mentioned I ordered from doordash I was cut-off and was told to contact door dash. Sorry but I dont think doordash made the food. It is the stores responsibility to make sure the order is correct. Poor management.
