Pizza Hut

On 12/24/2024, I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut. The line was long, but I didn’t mind waiting. When I got my pizza, I didn’t check it because I trusted it would be correct. But when I got home, I realized it wasn’t a pan pizza. This has happened to me several times before, and I usually let it go. This time was different. I just had a baby, and it was a lot of work to feed him, put him to sleep, and leave the house to pick up my order. I was really looking forward to the pan pizza, so I called the store. The woman I spoke to said they were out of pan & they tried calling everyone to let them know I told her but you could have let me know at the window before I left. She said she was not aware that it was not said when my order was given to me. She first offered to remake it

I love this Pizza Hut but this evening I went in my table was not acknowledged for over 30 minutes. The food that day for my supreme pizza was not good at all. The mishrooms and green pepper weren't cooked. I understand places get busy but at least acknowledge the customers.

The staff is friendly .They3 TV on 3 different channels..pizza is good.

The pizza that I ordered was undercooked and missing some ingredients. The boneless wings hardly had any sauce on them and some of the pieces were extremely small. Quality was overall very disappointing.

My order was hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. The staff is always polite and quick, and the place stays clean every time I stop by. Definitely my go-to for pizza in the area!
