Chuy's Takeout and Dine-In

My family and I came here before and the food was cooked very well and it was delicious, it was very salty though. This time, however, we ordered three chicken fried steaks, and we were given fried burger patties that were salty, overfried, and full of grease that had seeped in through the holes in the batter. It was very unpleasant and we could not eat it. The onion rings were burnt and seemed as if they were frozen beforehand. The only thing that was somewhat edible was the over salted rice. It was not a great second experience. We had such high hopes this time around.

These people are amazing!! Great food and service was beyond fantastic. They made special accommodations for us after driving 4 hrs. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend eating here!! the food was amazing!!! And again the wait staff was spectacular!!!!!!

This place is a rare gem in a town where basically all you can get is Mexican food. The food here is absolutely fantastic. Better than any other in town. I’ve had just about everything on the menu at this point and it’s all delicious. Their Pastor is some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Something you might not expect is their burgers and the chicken fried steak are also just excellent so do try them. It can get a little loud due to the acoustics of the building and they get VERY busy, but it’s well worth it.

The food is good...but the place is dirty look at all the windows. And especially outside the entrance door area it's so dirty and not organized omg this area outside would be so beautiful if they fixed it up. And use a power washer and nice colorful plastic chairs from home Depot and some hanging decorations and art work on the walls ..... This place could look like Mi terria restaurant downtown San Antonio TX.. you have a lot of potential here come owner let's fix it up ...I wish I could help you. This place is better than las Palmas and Devine cafe and viva Zapata and all the other restaurants. Please it's not expensive.....

Chuy has never disappointed us. The food is awesome always hot and delicious. The service is always very customer oriented. We dined in
