Pizza Hut

Most horrible customer service. Tried 2 different times. 1st time said order was delivered. No delivery. I had to call back and was told they gave it to Door Dash. I didn't order through Door Dash. They then had to send a person that worked for Pizza Hut to deliver a new cooked order. Skip to today. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks via the Pizza Hut App. No notification was on the app or notification it was going to be delivered via Door Dash. My order said delivered, but was never delivered. I called the restaurant and was told that the Door Dash driver tried to call and text me. I received no call or text. I verified that my number was correct and was on a conference call with Pizza Hut and Door Dash confirming this. I called again and then had to go pick up my order and was told not

When ever I'm visiting my family in this town I always stop at this location least once during my visit to get pizza for the fam. Angel was helpful and informative and had a smile the whole time during the transaction. I will definitely be back my next visit. Keep up the great work!!!

The manager was absolutely HORRIBLE. I had one request and that was to put gloves on fixing my food. She rolled her eyes and began to have a nasty attitude. As I drove off, she slammed the windown door. Be careful getting your food at Pizza Hut in Daphne AL on 98. They do not make gloves a requirement. I get it but if I had a simple request it SHOULD NOT have been an issue. One star was more than the management deserved. When asked for corp number the manager refused. Nothing wrong with a simple request. The glove was honored but the back and forth and disrespect was unnecessary

Very friendly location! I placed a late order because I got back to my hotel room late, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nicole was very polite and didn't seem at all upset about the late order.

Pizza was fresh and delicious. The boneless Honey BBQ wings were yummy and cooked just right. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be ordering again.
