Pizza Hut

Clean place, friendly excellent service, great food. The pizza crust was cooked perfectly-not overly crispy burnt, but golden brown crisp outside and soft-chewy inside. Generous with toppings. We also got boneless wings in two flavors which were done perfectly. I like this Pizza Hut and definitely come back. Thank you Zoe and Becca for a great experience! --Tam and Jon

Every time. Never fails. Pizza disaster. I’m sick of wasting my money here. Recommend for the amazing staff people but do not recommend if you want good food that was accurate to what you ordered.

My partner and I ordered from here three nights in a row, and each night we ran into issues: Night 1: Half of our order wasn’t delivered, and we received an extra item we didn’t order. We were given a $10 discount for the trouble. Night 2: We were given the wrong drink. I was promised a redelivery of the correct one, but no one asked for my address or any contact information, so it never arrived. Again, we received a $10 discount for the inconvenience. Night 3: When I called to place an order, I was directed to the call center. The man taking my order completely messed it up, but luckily my payment didn’t fully go through. We are an old couple that drove several days to stay in Council Grove because it was my home town and I had not been there in years. When two cousins, each driving about two hours, wanted to meet, I suggested the Pizza Hut. It was a great choice for us; the server was helpful and friendly (unfortunately I was too weary from the traveling to remember her name - but it was 11:30a on May 23rd, if that helps). She offered specials for our group of 7 (including two children) that worked just right for us and helped us save money, and didn't have a problem with us staying at the table for two hours to catch up on the past 8 years! We couldn't have made a better choice.

Old school feel of a pizza hut, still has some games and a dining area. Great service, they were friendly and polite. Good job
