Ordered food from here since I didn't have the motivation to cook today, and now I regret spending money here. When I order a pizza, a melt, a brownie, and some dipping sauce, and I don't get the brownie or the sauce, that's not okay. Especially since I was still getting charged for it. I don't know if the kitchen forgot to give me a third of my order, or if the driver decided to not give me my food, but either way I was angry. I hate calling places to complain about my order like I'm some millennial Karen here, but if I order something from a restaurant, being a fast food place isn't an excuse for not giving me what I wanted. It's my day off. My one day off in the week. I wanted to treat myself, not get so angry that my night is potentially ruined now. Oh, and if the Pizza Hut corporate o
Stopped here for for lunch on May 5th with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and my wife. Very quick to set us down and to start serving. Dave was our waiter, and though he got my wife’s order wrong, he made it right. She ordered a side of fries, (I didn’t know you could get fries at Pizza Hut!); with her sandwich and potato chips is what he brought her. When he brought the fries to us, it was a triple order and they so good! The rest of the food was hot and very good, and service was awesome!
This Pizza Hut is good as usual. The food is very good. Probably the best taco pizza I ever had. This was the Pizza Hut I frequented the most since it was the closest to my hometown. I have good memories from this Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut is similar to the one in Iola, KS.
Our pizza this time SADLY, was not great, greasy bottom crust and the sausage on the pizza tasted old and off. What a disappointment.
Waited 30 plus minutes when I went through the drive through. I was told to pull over and park. I did. I watched 3 drivers leave, return, leave. I ended up calling their phone and asking how much longer. Then they came out with half the order. They really need to get their act together. I'm going to quit giving tips, 20%, until AFTER service.
