Pizza Hut

I spent almost $50 for some pizza on 8/12/2024 at Pizza Hut in Cleveland, Ms. And when I drive 15 minutes home to eat lunch with my family, out of 4 pizzas, only one was not burnt. The crust was burnt on the other 3 pizzas.. Y'all could just shut down and not operate anymore!

We placed a family order of $63. When I arrived to pick up the order they said they couldn't break a $100. They didn't have $37 in cash to break change?? They didn't even provide marinara for the order. They tried to charge me extra when I asked. We didn't eat the hot wings. The garlic parmasean sauce was broken and separated at the bottom of the container. Two of us got sick after eating.

Nobody here wears a hairnet. Upon ordering my food I saw this older lady with grey hair pulling food out of the oven and smelling it, almost putting her nose over into the pizza. I simply asked for a refund.. even the lady handling the food wasn’t wearing gloves. Just touching her phone and people food. Do not eat from there

I Luv Pizza Hut, I was So Happy They Reopened. Today was the 1st time my bread/crust wasn't cooked all the way through. I pd for extra bacon I counted a couple of tiny pieces. Maybe Because 9f the holiday but it was very disappointing 😞

Havent had pizza HUT in YEARS! placed an order online today to be picked up at 230. Well only the drive through is open and the line was so long the police was sitting in the turning lane to keep ppl from blocking the highway tryna get in. So I just kept circling and still could never get in. Couldnt get ahold of anyone at the store to issue a refund so I had to go online file a claim now I gotta wait 1-3 biz days just for someone to reach out to me about it...then I'm sure it's another 3-5 biz days just to get my money bk. I will never spend another dollar at pizza hut. The whole experience is just ridiculous
