Pizza Hut

We ordered the Ultimate Bundle Deal. They forgot to make our boneless wings but did give a refund for them. The workers were friendly and courteous. The food looked nice but did not taste anything like Pizza Hut used to taste. It wasn’t as good, and the meat toppings on the Supreme pizza were very sparse. The vegetables were a decent amount but the meat was very lacking , like it was mistaken for veggie pizza and not a Supreme. The cheese was so thin you could literally see the individual cheese shreds separated by sauce on the entire thing. It was not a cheesy covering like pictured in the photos and not a single area had a layer of melted cheese. Just the individual shreds scattered. Never had that on a pizza before. It was our first time trying Pizza Hut again after a 3 year break. But

Great pizza and I'm not sure of the name, but folded in half with chicken parmesan sauce. Needs more garlic, but still tasty. Apple pie minis are excellent. The family and I really enjoyed it. Not enough fries, but was told they were good. I picked up the order from cassville.

The place was very low staffed and our waitress left half way through our dining experience. In my personal opinion if you are taking care of a dine in table it would probably be better to at least finish up or at least tell the table you are clocking out and leaving. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The food was good though and the remaining staff and the ones that did come onto shift that I spoke with to pay for our dine in meal were extremely friendly. Just a word of warning. If you are dining in and you happen to get Cheyenne she will leave you high and dry if her shift is over.

This place is horrible. 2nd time we've been there in the last 4 months. Why did we go back! Horrible service. Only 2 out of 4 people received plates. Waited an hour for pizza, being the only customers in the building, and only received one of the pizzas we ordered after such a long wait. They didnt charge us for the pizza we didnt receive, but should've gotten the other one free too. Similar experience the next time. Had to ask for the pizza, they finally brought it after 50 minutes. It was cold! Don't go there!

At least the food was good. Service was terrible, when my daughter has to go get refills, silverware, and correct the order because the waiter is no where to be found. Just drop the refills and walk off, don’t ask how the food is, if we need anything else. I see why there were only two other couples there, and we were a party of eight.
