Pizza Hut

Hadn't had any issues with pick up or delivery until today. Simple problem topping were not on the pizza due to mishandling it into the triple treat box. Nothing else in the box had been messed up. However when I called to get a simple fix to bring it back to be remade. The RUDE manager says "I Don't Believe you but I'll remake it!" Well the messed up pizza was returned(didn't even look at it) and they were very passively rude when the remake was finished.

Matt from Pizza Hut in Butler, Missouri was great today when we went in to eat. Very friendly and courteous. Our pizza and wings were excellent as usual! Hot and fresh and always tastes amazing!!!;

The staff was not helpful & didnt care about nothing. The sign said please wait to be seated but no one was there to get us a table. We sat & waited ten minutes before I got up & found someone to take our order. Food was good, decided to order a dessert pizza (please note the place was empty & the phone was not ringing) after waiting 20 minutes for this pizza to be delivered to the table I once again went to the front desk to check on it & it was not at the pickup counter but "forgotten" by the cash register. Love Pizza Hut but I'll wait till the next city before I eat at this location again.

We usually have a pretty good experience coming here. On this day, they were the only sit down restaurant open and on top of that short staffed. My husband had called ahead to order my pizza to be ready for us when we got there because I have a tomato allergy and can have the regular pizza sauce. There was some miscommunication/clarification between the employee and my husband and the pizza came out with pizza sauce on it. They quickly got the correct pizza made and baked for me. As for the buffet, they were packed in there but I feel like they kept pizzas out there relatively well. The plates on the other hand were not well kept up with. People were using the to go boxes as their plate.

We ordered the my hut box and it comes with wings and a personal pizza. But you get nuggets instead. Will never be back at this pizza hut ever. Worst one
