Burger King

Butler is already limited when it comes to options for fastfood but to take up 10 minutes to even take my order and then wait another 10 to 15 for my food is ridiculous. I never write reviews because I don't complain typically because I know how hard it is to be a fast food worker but either there needs to be better management or more workers because there's always seem to be one or two MAX working there. It has turned into a sad place and I will not be returning until something changes.

Awful. Will pass by here this place next time. Got an impossible whopper at 8pm tonight (7/31/25) burnt to a crisp. When asked to make a new one, was told "it'll just turn out the same way". By the manager!! My husband's whipper and daughters double cheese burger were perfect. This has never happened anywhere else. Bad service, burnt food.

We stopped in at this Burger King for lunch after a less than pleasing visit to a competitor a couple of days earlier. It was June, 2023. The inside of the building appeared clean. We ordered our food and took our "fill your own" cup to the computer that dispenses soft drinks. We managed to fill our drink and waited for our lunch. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We found the food to be better than average for a Burger King. It wasn't bad at all. Still not great, but Burger King seems to have improved on the taste of their food. We finished and cleaned up our table. I washed the salt/grease feeling off my hands. I found a decently clean restroom to match the rest of this BK. So although I'm not a big fan of BK. I found this one pretty good. I hope all the Burger Kings are

Beautiful facility. However, its location to out of town traffic is not the best. To access Burger King, I used Conoco's front space. Their Big Fish sandwich was tasty. Ordered it as a combo with fries & a Root Beer. Normal waiting time to be served.

Hit the drive thru for a quick breakfast while traveling. Food was hot and fresh and CHEESY TOTS ARE BACK so that was super exciting. Lady in the window was super friendly and helpful. Went really quick . Highly recommended.
