Pizza Hut

The food was really good. We ordered pizza, wings, cheese bread and got salad from the salad bar. All the things from the salad bar were very fresh. The wings were really soft and moist. The buffalo sauce wasn’t so great, it was very greasy but that’s how Pizza Hut makes their sauce. The pizza and cheese bread were delicious. The waitress and staff were making sure everything was clean and neat. The place looked spotless. I am very happy with this place.

Extremely disappointed. My third time there. In addition to my stomach turning, I don’t think the chicken was even thoroughly cooked tonight. The first buffalo chicken melt was amazing and I thought that’s my favorite food although it could’ve had a little bit more buffalo sauce in it no biggy. The second buffalo chicken melt declined and I asked for sauce on the side (the response for asking was not welcomed) The third and the very last that I ever order from this location was a disaster minimal seasons on the top, very little to no cheese no buffalo flavor at all, very dry, chicken seemed odd and disappointing I called in and asked if it’s the same cook for every night the young man that answered the phone was very inconvenienced by my call. I had hopes to get better food next time.

The melt was nothing to rave about. The salad on the other hand would’ve been great if they would’ve included the dressing I ordered. They didn’t follow instructions, I asked them to call me or text me when they got here and I would flash the light or I would actually go out there but they showed up pounded on the Front Door woke all the kids up. Then I called and asked about the missing dressing and the girl argued with me that they put dressing in the bag and to top it off they said it was French dressing but I actually ordered ranch. To make it worse They then offered to bring the ranch to me because I am less than a half a mile away from them and when I told them again do not knock on the front door there’s babies asleep. She then changed her mind and said oh well, we’re not gonna sen

We (2 people) went to Pizza Hut in Bixby today around 3pm. Place was empty. No customers. Wasn't even sure there were any employees. One of the food alarms was going off for about 5 mins in the back until someone finally shut it off. When he did he saw us standing up front since there's a sign that says "wait to be seated". He didn't say anything so we seated ourselves. Sat there about 15 minutes, still no one showed. We got up and walked out and a guy tried to stop us and said they'd be right with us. No thanks. Won't be back. Went to Pizza Shoppe instead.

I ordered a take-out and waited for it to be ready, thus giving me a chance to observe other things. Once it hits exactly noon, hot pizzas start coming out for the buffet. I checked out the buffet about 5 or 10 minutes before noon and it didn't look so hot and fresh. So, don't come early for the pizza buffet. The salad portion of buffet looked cold and fresh before noon. The deep dish pan pizza I ordered in a large wasn't really deep dish. They explained that if I'd ordered it in a medium the crust would have looked more the way I wanted. Hum? The atmosphere was as you'd expect. A lot of laborers come in for the buffet, but there are plenty of other folks there too. The service is VERY friendly and excellent! There was no wait for tables or booths.
