Mt Fuji Sushi & Asian Cuisine

I've been waiting for this place to open and was not disappointed. Had a wonderful first time experience. Quail egg shooter was a highlight, so good I had to order another one. The food was great and afordable, atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the service was quick.

Loved the food service and setting it was wonderful hope bixby keeps the support Up for all places around down town cant wait to see what the night life brings for us

Tried Mt Fuji tonight for their soft opening. The service was prompt, our waitress Kiim was so sweet. The sushi rolls and appetizer were delicious. We are looking forward to going back! I highly recommend!

I used them to cater for my engagement dinner and they exceeded my expectations - making them the best decision I could have made. The owners are lovely, their staff works hard and is very friendly. The atmosphere is conducive for good vibes but above all the food tastes incredible. Looking forward to coming back again and again!
