Tasha is always so nice and helpful when I come to this location and my pasta is always delicious
I LOVE Benton Harbor Pizza Hut. Im a regular customer and the food is always good and fresh, restaurant very clean, and they have pleasant, welcoming, and patient staff! I never have to wait long periods of time for my food, it’s always ready within the time period I’m told. You can tell the staff cares about good customer service.
My pregnant wife ordered a simple personal pan with bacon and Italian sausage, please tell me why they put mushroom and sausage on there it's not hard to do a simple job late at night with no orders guess they dont care it's ok ill just go to coloma they NEVER get it wrong. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄. Benton harbor sucks they need to just cut there losses with benton harbor and move on like I am. Ticket 0144 entered by get this.... y_and they dont even care to put in there employees names 🙄.
Me and my daughter decided to have movie night , we ordered pizza I thought I was ordering a large pepperoni pizza . I messed up the order once we pulled off I noticed it wasn’t what I thought I got , we turned around and without hesitation they remade the pizza for us! Thank you, that made our day! If I could rate the place 1000 I would! The customer service was amazing! I’ll be back soon🫶🏾
