Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut used to be pretty disappointing before, so I honestly didn’t have high expectations. But over the last few visits, the experience has been a huge turnaround. The food has been fresh, service has been much better, and everything feels more organized and cleaner. You can really tell the guy who is always at the store, putting in the effort. I’m glad I gave it another chance and felt it was worth leaving a review this time. Keep up the good work! 🍕

Amazing!! I highly recommend you come to the Pizza Hut in Baxley! The pizza was cooked to perfection and was served to us right on time! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had even came 10 minutes after closing time and the employee still served us pizza without hesitation.

Everything was amazing! Great service and kind people! Food was fabulous and was something that I’ve never had in a long time! Will be coming back!

Made an order via the app; used my points along with a Special HALF bogo deal, the app acknowledged both, giving me a bog2 due to the points. Get to the store to pay; payed it, realized when handed receipt that they TOOK MY POINTS; and still charged me for it......lady at the counter said "im not trained in any of this, I am the only one here", manager refused to talk to me when I came back, corporate refused to get back to me or acknowledge my issues. Simple lost like 500+ points, and got charged double. Will never go back here again, and id advise others to do the same.

They charged my card after I picked up a to go order. Then refused to refund me the money. Who tips when you order take out? Then when comforted they couldn’t find the original receipt and blamed the online system. Just be cautious when getting your orders from them. Even if you place a zero with a line through it they still add a tip. Will not be doing business with this hut again and definitely will think twice before eating at another one.
