Sarah’s in the City is an absolute gem! The food is phenomenal, and the service is truly over the top. The servers — Missy, Jennifer, Anna Kate, and Marie — are hands down some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is warm, attentive, and genuinely excellent. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. And let me talk about the food… the pork chops are the best I have had anywhere — perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked just right. This place reflects true Southern comfort and care. If Southern cuisine is what you desire, this place is an absolute must-visit. Great food, great people, and a great experience all around. I will definitely be back!

Great non chain restaurant that serves home style cooked food. An all you can eat buffet and if you're not careful, you'll get yourself because everything tastes like your grandmother is in the back cooking.

Was looking for a good buffet to eat at in Baxley on 2/23/20, was in town for work. Unfortunately this place was NOT it! Me & my spouse arrived at 1:45, paid and sat down to eat. Went to the salad bar and several items were out so avoided the salad. Pork chops and gizzards especially, were cold and hard without seasoning. The collard greens were almost out but I did get a scoop but they were full of stems and had no seasoning. What I saw as desert looked like slop that had been messed over. The unsweetened tea was fine. Now after all this disappointment, we noticed staff removing food from the bar, they were closing down the food bar while we were just beginning to eat. Come to find out, they closed at 2! Not one word from the young man at the register when we paid. We got up to
