Very busy day. Ordered a large cheese and some apple pie for dessert to be delivered. Opened the box to find a pizza that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and folder in half. One apple pie was crushed. Like I said, it was a very busy day. I had to now stop what I was doing, go to pizza hut to bring back this order I'm not accepting. Walk inside and put the purchase on the counter and ask for the manager. Who gave me my money back. The girl who delivered, however, was proud of the food she delivered and pissed off that I wasn't happy with the condition of my food that she delivered and thought her "sorry" was acceptable for wasting my time and money. She was rude, flippant, and needs WAY more training in customer service as she clearly has no idea that she works in a ser
Very good service, forgot my boneless 8 piece but the manager was kind enough to fix the situation
Ordered a pizza last night, I said to my husband that the crust tasted odd, well I got really sick several hours later...I wound up throwing up and was sick all night, thx Pizza Hut.
I had Pizza Hut deliver my dinner on Friday, June 4,2021... And it was timely and hot, fresh and delicious!!! It's been awhile since I ordered Pizza Hut, but not the first time and it won't be the last!!! And the driver was very kind and friendly!!!
I ordered online and the young lady at the drive thru was nice. My food was ready at the right time I placed it for.
