Pizza Hut

I had an excellent experience at the Pizza Hut in Arcadia! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from a great Pizza Hut, but what really stood out was the service. The store is clearly well-managed, and you can tell the team takes pride in their work. A special shoutout to the GM, June, for running such a smooth operation, she’s professional, friendly, and makes sure customers are taken care of. Clean store, fast service, and great vibes all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered a large Pan Supreme Square Cut. Ready in 15 minutes and I arrived, paid and he set the box on the counter so I peeked inside and it wasn't square cut, so I mentioned it and he just ignored me so I repeated, he turned around and said, OH that's a common mistake. I said we'll this is twice in a row that it happened. Then he offered to remake it, I said no that is why we call in and order it and it is printed right on the ticket #0052 on 02/12/26 @5:02 pm. He said I could chop it some for you and took it back to the table. I should have opened it again, took it home and mentioned to my wife what happened and she opened it up, he had made one cut on one side so pizza was still in wedges. I had a great experience with Pizza Hut. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile from Tim. He helped me place my order and got right to work making my order. The pizza was delicious as well. 10/10 for service and taste. I will be back.

I’m sorry but I have been a pizza hut fan my whole life, even worked for the company many years ago, I ordered a medium pan pizza, what I got was a terrible hand tossed, barely any toppings, cold, pizza. There is no excuse for this. I know what a pan pizza should look and taste like and this was absolutely NOT it. The dough was dry, not oily like it should be, should have cheese all the way to the end, and a nice thick gooey but cooked dough.

It was all great , I asked for my large tavern style pizza with pepperoni, black olives, and garlic to be crispy but not burnt and they did it perfectly. I used the pizza hut app and it was done in 15 minutes!!! The service was great, the pizza was amazing, the place looked nice and clean.
