Pizza Hut

Love Lilly! So nice and helpful especially being there by herself at lunch time! Food was great, no long wait. & I actually prefer the older vibe inside - the lights weren’t too bright that I actually got to enjoy sitting in and eating here!

I frequent this pizza hut often and could not have been more disappointed with my pick up order this evening. Not only did I watch the very polite worker ask the manager or cook in the back if they could remake my pizza melt that had apparently opened up in the oven, but then proceeded to box up my melt and cover it with the other half of my melt.....so DISRESPECTFUL. Thank you inconsiderate pizza hut worker for serving my 7 year old who LOVES his pizza hut melts this sloppy, soggy open face pike of a mess. I'll go out of my way now to ONLY patron the northfield location.

I recently placed a $100 order online via the Pizza Hut website for dinner, hoping to surprise my family. I signed up for text message alerts to stay updated on the status of my order. To my dismay, I received a text stating that my order had been delivered, but there was no food at my doorstep. I texted the driver, who claimed he left my food on the lawn. I responded, pointing out that I have a Ring video doorbell and it's clear that my food was never delivered. I then called the Pizza Hut store to speak with a supervisor named TJ. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unapologetic, blaming DoorDash for the issue and telling me to take it up with them. When I contacted DoorDash customer support, they informed me that I needed to address the problem with Pizza Hut since I placed

The owner was so polite the atmosphere was great my friend and I was the only ones there. The food was fresh. Will be back again 😊

It looks as though they will be closing soon. The dining room isn't used, although the young lady let us eat in there. It was freezing in the dining room. The pizza was good and the young lady that was friendly and very accommodating.
