Pizza Factory

This was my first time dining at this establishment and needless to say it won’t be the last. The nice young man working (Victor) was very attentive and helpful in going over the menu with me and helping to place my order. When we got my order placed he told me he’d be making my food himself and he did such a wonderful job. The food tasted amazing and the atmosphere was comfortable. The salad bar was very clean and fresh, there was a great variety of toppings one of the best kept bars I’ve seen to date. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime dining experience, thank you to Victor for making that possible. You’ve earned a customer for life.

The pizza is really good here, but the wait time can be a bit out of control at times. We tried to order on the app, but that didn't work. Tried to call and got put on hold for a long time eventually we just hung up and went in. On a Sunday evening it can be 1.5 hours for a single pepperoni medium pizza. Most pizza places put multiple pizzas through the oven at a time, but this place seems to put just one pizza in the oven at a time. I don't see many people eating here as it seems like there are more people waiting for pizza then actually eating. This is a great location and good pizza, hopefully the service can improve. It's amazing how patient everyone was waiting for them pizzas. They ended up giving us a large instead of medium because of the long wait. We were grateful!

Lovely experience today! Picked up two pizzas to go. You can tell they take pride in their pizza and they use quality ingredients! Service was welcoming and friendly. Pizza was yummy - sauce was great! I’ll be back!

Friendly staff. Food was good but very long wait, ordered on the phone and picked up at the restaurant, it took 1.5hr to get the food. Don't forget to request the discount with your Bear Valley lift ticket! That was a nice surprise for us, they gave us 20% off with the proof of daily lift tickets that day.

I got married at Big Trees last weekend and we chose pizza to feed our guests. The management at this location was extremely helpful. I called a couple months in advance to get the information and spoke with Scott. He was wonderful! When I called back 3 weeks before the event to place the official order I spoke with Victor, and it was an equally great experience. We ordered a total of 30 pizzas. They were done on time and delicious! When placing the order a few weeks ago Victor assured me he would do everything he can to make sure it is fresh and done well and he and his staff did not disappoint. The pizzas were fantastic and the whole wedding loved it. The staff provided an abundance of cheese and peppers as well as jars (yes, I mean actual JARS) full of ranch. Overall, it was an amazing
