Pizza Express Florida New York

The manager Harold refused to replace a gluten-free pizza that had breaded chicken on top of it. No option for breaded/grilled was available on the menu, but it was available for other menu items like the salad. He demanded i go through Doordash’s horrible and tedious customer support system instead of simply fixing the problem. Doordash estimated an hour wait to even start getting a response. Harold abdicated any and all responsibility for this. It’s particularly sad when even local businesses try to hide between big companies instead of helping their customers out. Edit: The owner posted a boilerplate apology response to this about addressing it with the team, but make no mistake about it- the person who refused to help was already the manager, and he had ZERO interest in helping at all

I would have shared a photo, but I was very hungry! We moved from Florida NY to Middletown NY three years ago. We have not found a pizzeria with a chicken parm that is as good as Pizza Express! No one has a better dish than Pizza Express! It is worth every cent spent on it! They don’t skimp on portions. You get bread, salad, two, nice sized pieces of breaded chicken cutlets, spaghetti, sauce and cheese!!! So freaking delicious! You will not be disappointed! We will continue to spend our hard earned money here, once a month for this very filling dish!!!! Thank you Pizza Express!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I'm a fan of Pizza Express because they are nice people and the dishes I like are Incredible!!! I LOVE Veggie Pizza and they make THE BEST Veggie Pizza I've ever had!! Why? because they don't throw veggies on top of a regular slice. The secret is that they saute' their veggies in olive oil and garlic which makes all the difference!! They also make an AMAZING Grandma slice, it's SOOOOO Good!!! Highly Recommend!!

Got a delivery out to Warwick (maple ave) took a little over an hr, not bad, but my food was cold by the time it got here. Also total i was given didn't include tax and wasn't told about a delivery fee over the phone

Ordered a large pie 12 wings and garlic knots, and surprisingly the pizza was solid and the wings were delicious, the Buffalo mild sauce wasn’t a typical red hots - it had flavor, they were fair priced with a quick delivery. Overall good experience
