It's a little smaller than Roses, but they basically operate on 'We have what the other doesn't. This place is mostly carpeted and a bit quieter, but it's a bit more crammed due to the smaller square footage.

Absolutely the best restaurant supply store in Portland. I go to them first for everything. They deliver large equipment with precision, professionalism and efficiency. And they always go the extra mile to get things done. Thank you for all your hard work!

Hours stated online that they are open on the 4th of July.. drove down there and posted on door says they are closed for the next two days. Which I understand, it’s America’s birthday.. But my time was wasted and that’s why it’s a 2 star review. Maybe update hours for the holiday.

So glad I could finally visit the store today. The employees were so friendly and eager to assist and even fetched a better option from the back for me, unprompted. The used equipment selection is awesome and saved me literally hundreds of dollars, and I got supplies that I didn't even expect to find today. The new equipment is super affordable and well-stocked too. I'm so happy that this store exists.
