Pita De' Novo

This is absolutely the best place to get Mediterranean food in Shreveport Bossier. What the atmosphere lacks, the food definitely pulls through for it. We enjoyed everything that we ordered. This will definitely be my go to when craving Mediterranean cuisine. We had several different types of the salads, falafel, gyro and the chicken plate. Can’t recommend enough!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed with the food and the service. The staff was friendly and attentive and answered all my questions. I had the combination plate with the gyro sandwich, Mediterranean salad on the side, and a soft drink. The sandwich and salad were really good! The restaurant itself is small but clean and comfortable; rather plain but still a nice place to relax. The owner is an LSU graduate and fan—a big display near the door. I enjoyed my time at Pita De’ Novo and recommend it!

Small place but giant portions. I stopped in for some gyros. The staff were super nice. The establishment is clean and smells good. It's quaint. The girls were giant. Definitely bigger than other nearby places. I tasted the gyro meat and it was so good. I wish places had gluten free pita. I'd be in heaven. My boys loved the gyros though and def want to go back again.

The food here is so good. I love the fact that they offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. I absolutely love the shawarma nachos with the pita chips. The spinach pies are really good too. Their hummus is incredible. And the hot fries are absolutely amazing.
