Pioneer Tap House

We stopped in on a Saturday night and enjoyed the live music. We ordered two small pizzas both were delicious. Great atmosphere and great pizza! Highly recommend stopping by. We will stop in again if we are in the area. We were visiting from out of state.

This place is awesome. I’m living to Brownwood shortly from the Austin area. I came for the day to check out the area with my mother in-law. We went into Pioneer and the staff was super friendly all really nice people. The food was great and the beer was great. Really glad there’s places like this in the area. My wife and I will certainly be here often once we get up there.

I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE!! Me and the coworkers are here for a week and came by and it was amazing. The food is great the merch was fire and the beers and vibes were just wonderful. HIGHLY recommended to anyone who is passing by and need something good to eat with great people. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!

Food service, customers usually write reviews only bad service. Want share my experience today. I’m Deaf, passing through Brownwood, house hunting. Food? Amazing. Goes without saying. Medium pizza, half/half - Hog Honey and Chicken Diablo. Woman and man who served me, around 5PM, 5:30PM - so kind, patient. I placed order, they made sure use visual cues. Got my attention before talking so I could lip read. Service amazing. Very kind people. 10/10 anyone. Deaf person passing through Brownwood? Must recommend. Service to die for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We only had a couple beers, so I can't speak on the food, but the service and selection of beer was excellent! A great experience and good beer!
