Pino's Deli

For people living in Rochester area- Italian deli is a very personal choice - we visited Pino for the first time -around 11:30 am so there was a short line but the service level is excellent - all my items were wrapped / packed individually - great quality and selections !

I have been aware of Pinos and have gone to Pinos for years. Years ago, they made Quality subs. They had a good selection of salads and cheeses. - Fast forward to this past Friday, January 2nd, 2026. Pinos interior is much smaller. $8.00 for a pound of Wunderbar bologna. No thank you. Very overpriced. - I ordered a small, $7.00 steak sub with Provolone cheese, cooked onions and mushrooms. - A sweet sauce on the side. - When I got my steak sub, there was No Provolone Cheese on it at all. - The cooked mushrooms and cooked onions were thrown on top of the sub, and their portions were Minimal. Maybe 2 mushrooms and a teaspoon of cooked onions. - While waiting, there were two women employees that were busy gossiping and talking and Ignoring the customers around them. - Not a good impres

Great sandwiches and nice people. We told the lady it was our first time there and when we were eating she came over with 4 free homemade meatballs. Nice added touch!

Take a look at their steak sub compared to some local pizza shops, they're not even in same league. Customer service is ridiculously above average and everything we've ever had from there is always excellent. If you've never been you should go. My only complaint is they're not open on Sundays but I suppose everyone needs a day of rest.

Pino's has served the American Legion Post 330 in Spencerport with exceptional service. But on a personal note, there subs are awesome! Loaded generously with meat & and any other toppings you want on it, cold or hot. And the prices are very reasonable.
